Many destinations with outstanding natural landscapes, historical significance, and cultural importance continued to attract large numbers of visitors, such as Pac Bo Special National Monument, Tran Hung Dao Forest Special National Monument, the 1950 Border Campaign Victory Monument, Ban Gioc Waterfall, Nguom Ngao Cave, and Angel Eye Mountain.
A series of series of cultural, artistic, and tourism activities created a vibrant holiday atmosphere. Highlights included a series of art programs commemorating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, held at Kim Dong Walking Street from August 30 to September 2, 2025, which drew more than 5,000 domestic and international visitors. In addition, thematic exhibitions, folk game spaces, night markets, and new check-in venues contributed to promoting local cultural identity.
A large number of locals and tourists participated in a variety of activities at Kim Dong walking street.
To meet visitor needs during the holiday, the province strengthened inspection and supervision of tourism service quality, focusing on accommodation facilities, transportation, catering services, and entertainment. Inspections found no violations of tourism business regulations, environmental protection, or food safety. Tourist sites and service providers set up hotlines, staff, and facilities to ensure ensuring security, traffic safety, environmental hygiene, food safety, and fire prevention. Strict price control measures were enforced, with no cases of overcharging, or pressure selling.
These results reaffirm the strong appeal of Cao Bang tourism and further promote the image of Cao Bang as a “green - distinctive - peaceful” destination to both domestic and international travelers.
